His early experiences began with Amway, building an organization that generated “Top-Producer” monthly income for over twenty years. His successes include companies such as Herbalife, Cambridge, NSA, Shaklee, Phoenix Intl., Mannatech and his explosive performance with Lexus International and Efusjon Energy Drink.
Tony has built personal teams that have grown to over 500,000 groups in less than one year. He is respected and adored by his team members, as well as his five loving children. His energy and dynamics are matched only by his latest creation: Perfect World Marketing.

Lisa Santulli
Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder

Lisa oversees the company’s business operations including sales, marketing, business development, human resources, public relations and communications. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as Director of Sales for Teledex Ibérica SL, a Spanish telecommunication company, for which she increased annual sales by 65% within 18 months and successfully contracted more sales than any other person in the region. During her 15 years abroad, she collaborated as a referral agent to her family’s business, Net Jets, Inc. recommending the company’s jet leasing options to clients in Spain and Portugal.
Lisa is the founder of Span Art America, a business and passion she has maintained for 20 years, collaborating with fine art collectors, galleries and museums globally. Her clients and collaborations credit some of the most recognized names in the industry. She has facilitated the transaction of art sales upwards of $17 million.
In addition to her education at the University of Southern California, Lisa holds a pilot license as well as real estate and insurance licenses in Florida and Texas.
Her international prelude to Perfect World Marketing adds a universal approach to her operational skills.

Joshua D. Spivey
Perfect Debt Solution Consultant

After proudly serving our nation through the United States Air Force, Joshua began his journey of rigorous studies, by training alongside the nation’s top asset management firms and entrepreneurs, to become a professional in all areas of finance.
He is one of the nation’s top wealth building consultants and public speakers on the topics of economic trends and personal finance. He guides families to create and preserve wealth; teaching them how to identify and achieve goals, find the most efficient way to manage cash flow as well as efficiently minimize tax obligations.
He has addressed scores of men and women in his workshops and through personal consulting on the subjects of positive arbitrage, leverage, velocity of money, economic trends and banking strategies. It is during these events that he has begun to unlock the secrets of the super wealthy and the possibilities that can be created for anyone through proper asset management.
He is the owner of several wealth-building businesses, sits on the board for two publically traded companies, and is a highly sought after financial consultant.

Peter Edwards
Chief Executive Officer

Pete has been involved in Corporate America for over 40 years. His dedication to company growth and industry excellence brings inspiration to the team at Perfect World Marketing. His experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate IPO structures and solid business expansion ranges from Multi-Level Marketing, to industrial game farming, to commercial and residential development in the U.S. As founder of Ahlborn Development, Inc., Pete gained a great capacity to provide optimum solutions, seek and achieve important business opportunities and manage advancement.
His ability and integrity was evident to founder Tony Berthelot 15 years ago while collaborating on the development of one of the most successful MLM companies to date. His expertise was sought by Tony Berthelot to begin Perfect World Marketing, Inc. Pete will serve as the key to improvement and growth at Perfect World Marketing and its establishment as a Fortune 500 company.
His sound business judgment and long standing personal relationships have assisted him in building his successful network throughout the years.
He has maintained both a professional and personal relationship with Chairman, Tony Berthelot for over 20 years.

Gary Watson
VP and General Counsel

Gary has a 40-year history in legal and executive positions. The holder of graduate degrees in economics and law at Purdue University and Indiana University, he has taught economics and practiced law in private practice and as in-house counsel. He has worked as a lobbyist in Washington, DC.
He was one of only 8 original Mannatech shareholders and was Mannatech’s original VP and General Counsel, serving in that role from Mannatech’s inception through its first 4 years. During that time, Mannatech went from zero to $170 million in sales with an unbroken line of 48 months of 11% per month compounded sales growth. He was involved in every major decision at the company.
In addition to his Mannatech success, Gary has served as CEO of Sunstates Acceptance Corporation; VP and General Counsel for AgriTech Labs, Inc.; and COO of Quantum Leap, LLC. He is Managing Director of Hydrogen Power Source, LLC, and is a Member of the Board of Directors of Altergy Systems. Gary’s vast business experience and particular success in network marketing make him a valuable addition to the leadership of PWM. He has known Tony Berthelot and Pete Edwards for 20 years.



Peter Mueller
VP Sales Europe

Peter Mueller brings 24 years of full-time marketing experience to the team at PWM. He has built large personal teams for several U.S. corporations, resulting in sales over several hundred million dollars. His ability to build consistent, long-lasting relationships, powerful and motivated sales teams, along with his incomparable dedication gives Peter his edge to success.
Peter is known as a team player and his focus on coaching and accompanying his partner s to achieve their own goals is his key to personal success. He believes in the motto, “Achieving more together” , having proven its value in practice over and over again achieving team building in the six digit range throughout his career.
Peter’s determination, conviction and perseverance make him the perfect fit with the PWM team. We are grateful to have his expertise on our European team.

Mike Kiefer
VP Marketing Europe

Mike Plonien
Chief Financial Officer

Mike is a certified Public Account with over 35 years of experience in the financial world. He is the founder and President of Plonien & Company, P.C. – a CPA consulting firm, and the New York & South Florida representative for Accounting Practice Services.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington, Mike began his career at Arthur Young & Company, where he soon became their Manager of Computer Auditing. Mike then progressed on as a partner in various CPA practices, including his own Texas-based accounting firm.
Mike is certified as both a Texas and Florida CPA. His personal experience in the purchase and sale of accounting practices as well as his years of relationship building within the field is an invaluable asset to Perfect World Marketing.
Bill Blaydes
Creative Director

Bill comes to Perfect World Marketing with an extensive background in graphic design, company branding and pure artistic talent. Previously, he held the position of Web Designer and Senior Graphics Artist for Nokia, Inc., in Irving Texas. Bill holds a degree from the Art Institute of Houston as well as a second degree from Brookhaven College in Dallas, Texas.
His expertise in graphic art, multimedia development, Flash development, and on-line merchandising promote leading edge advances at Perfect World Marketing. He is experienced in usability solutions and website architecture adept with systems such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Swift 3D, HTML, Accrue and Vignette management, as well as MS Office Suites.
Bills skills and experience provide a perfect addition to the team.
